Cover sent from Berlin-Charlottenburg, on the SS 'Normandie' via le Harve, to Chicago, USA - quite possibly the ships penultimate voyage (her last departure from Le Harve being on the 22nd August 1939). Featuring stamps in a combination of S155, S163 and W68 from stamp booklet sheet MHB 42. Ref: 24.07.1939
