Note: Michel list the use of Czechoslovak stamps between 15th March and the 12th April 1939 as 'Vorläufer' (forerunners - after the creation of the Protectorate and before the first issue Mi.A1 - definitive depicting President Masaryk) and 'Mitläufer' (co-runners - used after Mi.A1 and before 15th December 1939).
