Postcard sent from Herbert Koch (stamp dealer?) to a collector in Fellbach. Featuring two hand stamp instructions: 'Bitte sauber stempeln' (Please cancel neatly), and 'Frankieren Sie bitte Ihre Post an mich mit Zusammendrucken aus Markenheftchen oder Sonder und Wohlfahrtsmarken' (Please frank your mail to me with overprints made up from stamp booklets or special and charity stamps). The later instruction being complied with by the sender adding an overprinted 5 Pf Danzig definitive (Mi.718 X). Ref: 15.02.1940
The message reads:
'Please allow me to remind you once again to send me the amount of 4.-RM owed. At the same time, I would like to ask you if you are interested in the official stamps of the German Eastern Post? I will gladly make you a provisional assortment.'
