Feldpost cover, sent from FPN 34345 (3. Batterie Heeres-Küsten-Artillerie-Abteilung 910) to the parent of a serving soldier regarding leave of absence. The enclosed letter states, 'In response to your request of 5 March, the office replies that it is not yet clear whether it will be possible to grant your son leave of absence for your silver wedding anniversary.
