Paketkarten (parcel card) featuring a 'B' label. The 'B' stands for Beutel (bag). To prevent smaller parcels getting lost in the mail system, they were placed in a bag. Both the parcel and parcel card were given this identification. The postage rate during this period is 30 Rpf (parcel weight up to 5kg to be delivered within 75km), the 15 Rpf is the delivery fee.
