Commercial cover sent from stamp dealer H.C. Robert in Köln to a correspondent in Preßnitz (no longer inhabited due to the building of a reservoir in the 1970s). The cover features the single use of supplementary postage stamp Mi.830. The postage stamp illustrated is the 5+3 Pf from the German emergency aid (regional costumes) issue. The image depicts a vineyard worker from Rhineland (Rudesheimer Berg). Ref: 24.02.1943 - 16/89
