Military service notice F

You are at the disposal of the place of employment for which you have been made indispensable and may not give up work at this place of employment without the consent of the responsible labour office. You must notify the undersigned military registration office in person or in writing of both the timely and early termination of your military service.

This military service notice must be kept in a safe place and attached to the military service record. Its contents must be communicated to the head of the service unit or operations manager, and on request also to the head of the labour office or their deputies.

In the event that a draft card or other military service record is sent, this military service notice must be returned immediately to the undersigned military registration office (military district command).

You must notify the military registration office (military district command) responsible for your old and new permanent place of residence of any change in your permanent place of residence within 48 hours.
