POW mail sent by an Italian lieutenant from Camp 27 (located at Yol in northern India in the foothills of the Himalayas, not far from Tibet) to an address in Trieste. Featuring both British and German censor marks. The German machine stamp possibly from Vienna. Lettersheet imprint numbers: I.A.F. Z-2241. and D.P.W-236-(2853/3/83/G-649)-24-9-43-5 Lakhs.Ref: 13.07.1944
