Official cover sent from Regensberg to Maxhütte-Rosenberg featuring the self-certification statement, 'I certify that this place [piece] of mail contains only official business and is for the welfare of the community'. To the reverse are indications that the glued flaps have been unsealed. Further investigation confirms that the envelope has been re-used (see below). Ref: 25.08.1945
