Envelope created from a French-language newspaper (titled 'Nouvelle ....' ?). Using a postcard for the address panel (originally printed for 'Der Oberbürgermeister' - three lines obliterated to the left panel) and sent from Hameln (Hamelin). Featuring Mi. 920 (12 pf x 2). Ref: 03.04.1947 - 16/70
